Terms of Service - User Agreement

   ImageCabin reserves the right to remove images from our server if they are found to be illegal, introduce security issues, use too much bandwidth, or for any other reason as we see fit. This service is provided free of charge and is not expected to be used to host images for large-scale web sites. Files consuming too much bandwidth on a regular basis will be removed.

   We do not allow uploading of adult content. This would include pictures containing nudity and sexual
situations. We also do not allow pictures that depict illegal activities or subjects. Those who upload illegal files will be blocked (by IP address) from using our service. Legal authorities may be contacted if the subject of the file is found to be illegal.

   Uploading any of the above mentioned files will result in the immediate termination of user's ability to use ImageCabin.com. Your IP/Email will be banned and your account will be deleted. Authorities may be contacted regarding the infringing content, any information, such as time of upload, IP address, and tracking cookie.

   ImageCabin retains the copyright to our content on this site only. All uploaded files are copyright by
their respective owners.

    We assure you that the above information is kept secure in ImageCabin's database. We will never sell, rent, or lease our customer information to third parties. Member emails are used to send activation links, site updates and violation notices only. Your information is kept private.

   Images uploaded to will remain private. When you upload a file, you will be given link to view the file. These links are the only way to view files and will remain private if you do not give them to others.

ImageCabin may modify this policy at any time and without warning or prior notice.
